What if there’s a style I’m interested in that you don’t have?
Please have a good look at our products first. If you are still looking for something else send a request form to info@derksuniforms.ca and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

What if I don’t fit off-the-rack items and need a special order?
We will do our best to fill your order. Please e-mail a request form to info@derksuniforms.ca and we will respond as quickly as possible. Special pricing will apply to special orders.

What if I have a large order?
Please contact us directly at info@derksuniforms.ca and we will respond as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy? We do not refund or exchange any worn or altered items. However, we will exchange non-altered or worn items within 10 days (excluding shipping)with a 20% restocking fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If your items are in stock it will take approximately 1-2 weeks plus shipping time. If you need a special order or your items are not in stock it will take about 8-10 weeks plus shipping time to receive your order.

Alterations

What kind of alterations do you do?
Without a visit to our tailors we will do basic alterations including hemming or finishing bottoms, cresting/patches and reflective tape. For all major alterations we require that you visit us in person or go to a local tailor to avoid problems with your order.

What kind of measurements do you need?
This downloadable form will answer your question. Please include measurements for each item requested.

How do I get the measurements you need?
We prefer that you see a professional tailor to avoid problems with your alterations. However, if this is not possible please use your best judgment and our how to measure guide.

Shipping

What is your shipping time?
It will take approximately two days in Alberta, three in British Columbia or Saskatchewan, and four days in Manitoba or Ontario in addition to processing time for your product to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?
Our prices are pro-rated to the customer in order to pass on savings. With our in-house laser Purolator computer system, we can bill you the exact amount on your invoice.

How do I get a track and trace number?

What information do I need to provide?
Please include your mailing address, a phone number where you can be reached and your full name.

What couriers are used by Derks?
We use Purolator, Greyhound, Canada Post and Buffalo Air.

How do I pay for shipping?
The cost of shipping will be added to your invoice. Please note that if your product is shipped by Buffalo Air payment will be collected upon delivery instead.

Do you guarantee shipments?
We do not guarantee shipments once they have been received by a courier, however if you are interested in purchasing insurance please call 1-800-565-6664 or email us at info@derksuniforms.ca.
